摘要
目的:探讨动机访谈式健康教育对行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)的急性冠状动脉综合征患者自我管理能力、自我效能及护理满意度的影响。方法:选取2017年1月1日~2020年1月31日收治的160例行PCI的急性冠状动脉综合征患者作为研究对象,排除4例未能完成本研究的患者,最终纳入156例。将2017年1月1日~2018年6月30日收治的78例患者作为对照组,采用常规健康教育;将2018年7月1日~2020年1月31日收治的78例患者作为观察组,采用动机访谈式健康教育。比较两组干预前后自我管理能力、自我效能及患者对护理的满意度。结果:干预后,两组冠心病自我管理能力量表总分、自我效能量表各方面得分和总分高于干预前(P<0.05,P<0.01),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);观察组患者对护理的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对行PCI的急性冠状动脉综合征患者采用动机访谈式健康教育,能提高患者的自我管理能力和自我效能,改善病情,同时提高患者对护理的满意度,临床效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of motivational interviewing health education on self-management abilityself-efficacy and nursing satisfaction in patients with acute coronary syndrome undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods:During January 1,2017-June 30,2018160 patients with acute coronary syndrome undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention were selected as the research objects4 patients who failed to complete the study were excludedand 156 patients were finally included.78 patients included during January 12017-June 302018 were divided into the control groupusing the model of conventional health education;78 patients included during July 12018-January 312020 were divided into the observation groupand the motivational interviewing health education method was used.The self-management abilityself-efficacy and patient′s satisfaction with nursing before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After the interventionthe scores of the self-efficacy scale and self-management scale of the two groups of patients were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05,P<0.01)and higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of motivational interviewing health education for patients with acute coronary syndrome undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention can significantly improve patients′self-management ability and self-efficacyimprove their conditionand at the same time improve patients′satisfaction with nursing.The clinical effect is significant and worth promoting.
