摘要
研究聚焦于社区综合养老服务设施这一新兴建筑类型的使用后评价。首先,选取国外应用较广的、用于评估养老设施的评价工具——MEAP,SCEAM和EQUAL;其次,从评价维度、评价指标、评价形式的角度进行对比分析;最后,构成以建筑环境评价和使用者意见评价两部分组成的社区综合养老服务设施使用后评价体系。
The research focuses on the new type building of community-based comprehensive elderly service facilities.Firstly,existing assessment tools abroad for evaluating health-care facilities are collected and compared.Then,analyses these assessment tools from the perspective of evaluation dimension,evaluation index and evaluation form.At last,a Post-Occupancy Evaluation system of communitybased comprehensive elderly service facilities composed of building environment evaluation and user opinion evaluation is formed.
