摘要
本文为枸杞中花色苷的提取工艺的研究。首先通过对比有机溶剂浸提法和索式提取法,确定有机溶剂浸提法对枸杞中的花色苷进行提取。通过考察提取溶剂的选取、料液比、提取温度、提取溶剂的体积分数、提取时间对提取率的影响,得到最佳提取条件为提取溶剂为无水乙醇,提取时间为90 min,温度为40℃,料液比为1∶20。
This paper studies the extracted technology of anthocyanins in Lycium barbarum.First,by comparing organic solvent extraction and cable-type extracting method,the organic solvent extraction was determined to extract anthocyanin from Lycium barbarum.The influence of extracted solvent liquid ratio,extraction temperature,volume fraction and extraction time of extracted solvent on extraction rate was studied.The best extracted condition is that the extraction solvent is anhydrous ethanol,the extraction time is 90 min,the temperature is 40℃,and the ratio of material to liquid is 1∶20.
