摘要
针对噪声污染难题,选择聚氨酯多孔材料为突破点,选择特定lewis酸催化剂,进行马来酸酐改性植物油酸,确定催化剂用量为1.0%,反应温度为180℃,反应时间为2.0 h;并通过调控丙二醇与改性植物油酸物质的量比、聚合温度、时间,确定了聚酯多元醇的最佳合成工艺,确定醇酸物质的量比为1.15∶1.00,制备出相对分子质量为1500~2000的聚酯多元醇,经分析其酸值<1 mg KOH/g,羟值50~60 mg KOH/g,并通过红外光谱分析表征了产物中的基团。
In this paper,for the noise pollution problem,select the polyurethane porous material as the breakthrough point,select the specific lewis acid catalyst,carry out maleic anhydride modified vegetable oleic acid,determine the amount of catalyst 1.0%,reaction temperature 180℃,reaction time 2.0 h;Propylene glycol and modified vegetable oleic acid molar ratio,polymerization temperature and time,the optimum synthesis process of polyester polyol was determined,and the alkyd ratio was determined to be1.15∶1.00 to prepare polyester polyol with relative molecular mass of 1500~2000,The acid value was<1 mgKOH/g,the hydroxyl value was 50~60 mg KOH/g,and the groups in the product were characterized by infrared spectroscopy.
