摘要
目的研究滋阴毓宫方联合助阳暖宫方治疗早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)的临床疗效。方法选择2018年12月至2020年12月就诊于陕西中医药大学附属医院妇科门诊符合标准的100例POI患者,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组各50例。实验组给予滋阴毓宫方联合助阳暖宫方治疗,对照组给予左、右归丸序贯治疗,三个疗程后观察两组患者的血清性激素水平、B超及中医症候评分。结果两组患者治疗后FSH(促卵泡生成激素)、LH(黄体生成素)、AMH(抗苗勒氏管激素)、B超结果及中医证候评分与该组治疗前对比显著改善,且实验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论滋阴毓宫方联合助阳暖宫方能够明显减轻POI患者临床症状,改善血清性激素水平,逆转卵巢的储备功能,其疗效可观。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Ziyin Yugong recipe combined with Zhuyang Nuangong recipe in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency (POI).Methods From December 2018 to December 2020,100 patients with POI who meet the standard in the gynecology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine are randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,50 cases in each group.The experimental group is given Ziyin Yugong recipe combined with Zhuyang Nuangong recipe,and the control group is given sequential treatment of Zuo and You gui pills.After three courses of treatment,the changes of serum sex hormone levels,B-ultrasound and TCM symptom scores are compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the FSH (follicle stimulating hormone),LH (luteinizing hormone),AMH (anti-Mullerian hormone),B-ultrasound monitoring and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups are significantly improved compared with the group before treatment.And the total effective rate of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Ziyin Yugong recipe combined with Zhuyang Nuangong recipe can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with POI,improve the level of serum sex hormones,and reverse the reserve function of the ovary.Its curative effect is considerable.
