摘要
目的:探讨核心肌群训练结合针刺对缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动功能和生活质量的影响。方法:选取2018年6月-2020年2月于笔者所在医院就诊的缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者56例,以随机数字表法分为对照组28例和观察组28例。对照组予常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合核心肌群训练,比较治疗前后两组患者临床疗效、相关运动功能指标、生活质量及不良反应。结果:观察组总进步率96.43%,高于对照组的89.29%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组Berg平衡量表、简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表、躯干控制测试及改良的Barthel生活指数量表评分均较对照组明显提高(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:核心肌群训练联合针刺治疗能够有效提高缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者核心肌群能力及下肢运动功能,改善患者生活质量,提高治疗效果,且无特殊不良反应。
Objective:To investigate the effect of core muscle group training combined with acupuncture on lower limb motor function and quality of life in hemiplegic patients with ischemic stroke.Method:A total of 56 hemiplegic patients with ischemic stroke who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to February 2020 were selected and divided into control group (28 cases) and observation group (28 cases) by random number table method.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation treatment,while the observation group was combined with core muscle group training on the basis of the control group,and the clinical efficacy,relevant motor function indicators,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:The total progress rate of the observation group was 96.43%,which was higher than 89.29% of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the Berg balance scale,simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function scale,trunk control test and improved Barthel life index scale scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Core muscle group training combined with acupuncture treatment can effectively improve the core muscle group ability and lower limb motor function of hemiplegic patients with ischemic stroke,improve the quality of life of patients,improve the treatment effect,and have no special adverse reactions.
