摘要
目的:拟在病案管理云平台下异构数据间建立整合机制,以解决其单一数据源信息不完整以及多源异构性等问题,提高病案管理云平台扩展性。方法:在对病案需求分析及数据整合技术对比研究基础上,提出云平台下多源异构业务应用高扩展性整合方案,并基于中间件理念,采用可扩展标记语言(XML)、Spring Cloud组件及Restful标准等构建对应的数据整合中间件,解决分布式环境下多源异构系统间的兼容性及扩展性问题。结果:通过构建病案业务系统间数据集成中间件,可完成数据模型的物理存储实现,并实现业务系统间异构数据载入、转换及整合功能。中间件提高了病案管理云平台对业务系统的扩展性,为业务系统间大数据应用创造条件。经测试该方案具有较高可操作性、应用兼容性及业务可扩展性。结论:通过构建病案管理云平台下异构数据整合中间件,降低多源异构数据模式冲突、异构系统间服务调用困难及异构模式下分布数据源间通信与访问复杂性等问题,在病案管理中具有实践意义和研究价值。
Objective:To construct an integration mechanism among heterogeneous data under cloud platform of medical record management so as to resolve series of problems included incomplete information of single data source and multi-source heterogeneity,and to enhance the expansibility of the cloud platform of medical records management.Methods:The plan of high expansibility integration of the business application of multi-source heterogeneity under cloud platform was proposed on the basis of analyzing the requirement of medical recorded and the comparative study of data integration technique.And extensible markup language(XML),Spring Cloud elements and Restful standard were adopted to construct the corresponding middleware of data integration based on the idea of middleware so as to resolve the problems included compatibility and expansibility among multi-source heterogeneous systems under distributed environment.Results:The constructed data integration middleware among different business systems of medical records could complete the achievement of physical storage of data model,and could realize the series of functions included loading,switching and integration of heterogeneous data among different business system.The middleware has improved the expansibility of cloud platform of the medical record management to business systems,and has created conditions for the application of big data between different business systems.The scheme has higher operability,application compatibility and business scalability by test.Conclusion:The construction and integration of middleware among different heterogeneous data under cloud platform of medical record management,which can reduce the conflict of multi-source heterogeneous data pattern,the difficulty of service invocation among different heterogeneous systems,the complexities of communication and visit among distributed different data sources under heterogeneous mode,has practical significance and research value in the management of medical research.
