摘要
腹腔镜胆囊切除手术是现代临床治疗当中一种常见的方式。但是在胆囊切除手术结束以后,许多患者会出现胆管损伤,究其原因主要分为人为因素、技术因素、病理因素、解剖因素4个方面。为避免在胆囊切除手术中患者出现胆管损伤,本文提出术中、术后处理方法及预防手段。
Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is a common method in modern clinical treatment.But after cholecystectomy,many patients will have bile duct injury,the main reasons are human factors,technical factors,pathological factors,anatomical factors.In order to avoid the bile duct injury in patients undergoing cholecystectomy,this paper proposed the ways of intraoperative and postoperative treatment and prevention.
