摘要
目的:分析快速康复外科(ERAS)理念在胸腔镜肺癌手术患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年6月-2020年4月笔者所在医院收治的68例肺癌患者进行研究,采用信封法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组采用常规手术处理,观察组融入快速康复外科理念。比较两组康复效果。结果:观察组麻醉时间(2.86±0.21)h,手术时间(2.01±0.25)h,术后拔管时间(4.11±0.52)d,住院时间(5.16±1.05)d,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后VAS评分为(4.35±0.26)分,并发症发生率为2.94%(1/34),均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科理念在胸腔镜肺癌手术患者中的应用可以促进患者康复,同时减轻术后疼痛,降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To analyze the application value of rapid rehabilitation surgery (ERAS) concept in patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery.Method:A total of 68 patients with lung cancer admitted in our hospital from June 2018 to April 2020 were selected for study.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by envelope method,with 34 patients in each group.The control group was given routine surgical treatment.The observation group was integrated with rapid rehabilitation surgery concept.The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The anesthesia time (2.86±0.21) h,operation time (2.01±0.25) h,postoperative extubation time (4.11±0.52) d,hospitalization time (5.16±1.05) d in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The postoperative VAS score of the observation group was (4.35±0.26) points,and the incidence of complications was 2.94% (1/34),both of which were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery can promote patients’ rehabilitation,relieve postoperative pain,and reduce the incidence of complications.
