摘要
某炼油厂常减压装置有3台加热炉正在使用,每月大约消耗5000t燃料气,占全厂燃料气消耗的1/4。近年来燃料气系统经常出现压力波动、带液和硫含量超标等问题,影响着加热炉和常减压装置的平稳运行。本文分析了影响燃料气系统稳定的因素,并提出优化1#催化、2#催化回炼气柜干气比例;改造常减压螺杆机;更新常减压初馏塔和增上轻烃回收系统等措施,从而实现燃料气的稳定供应,保证加热炉的平稳运行。
There are three heating furnaces in use in the crude distillation unit of a refinery plant.It consumes about 5000T of fuel gas per month,which accounts for about a quarter of the total fuel gas consumption of the whole plant.In recent years,fuel gas systems often have problems such as pressure fluctuation,liquid in gas and excessive sulfur content,which affect the smooth operation of heating furnaces and the crude distillation unit.This paper analyzes the various influencing factors and proposes the following measures to achieve a stable supply of fuel gas and ensure the smooth operation of the heating furnaces.Optimize the ratio of dry gas from 1#FCC and 2#FCC to the gas tank for refining,modification of screw compressor of the crude distillation unit,renew the initial distillation tower and add light hydrocarbon recovery system.
