板梁结构铰缝修复中石英砂对环氧树脂砂浆性能影响 被引量:5

摘要 基于板梁结构铰缝用环氧树脂快速修复材料,研究石英砂对环氧树脂砂浆性能的影响。性能测试结果显示,经硅烷偶联剂KH560改性后的石英砂与环氧树脂匹配性最佳;水会大幅降低环氧树脂砂浆的反应速度和力学性能,石英砂的含水率应不高于3%;当20~40目、40~80目、80~120目和200目石英砂等质量配置,且砂胶比为5∶1时,环氧树脂砂浆的综合性能最佳。 Based on the epoxy resin rapid-repair material for the hinge joints of the plate girder structure, the influence of quartz sand on the performance of epoxy resin mortar was studied. The results of the performance test show that the quartz sand modified by silane coupling agent KH560 presents the best match with epoxy resin;since water will greatly reduce the reaction speed and mechanical properties of epoxy resin mortar, the water content of quartz sand shall not be higher than 3%;when the quartz sands of 20~40 mesh, 40~80 mesh,80~120 mesh, and 200 mesh are prepared by equal mass and the sand-binder ratio is 5∶1, the comprehensive performance of epoxy resin mortar is the best.
