摘要 针对目前轨道交通无线电能传输技术(wireless power transfer, WPT)存在的低效率、高辐射的问题,文章提出了一种多线圈耦合LCL-S电路拓扑以及软开关技术,其能有效地提升系统效率;同时,为减小耦合机构漏磁通,给出了一种8字形线圈优化结构。150 kW双线圈耦合原理样机实验结果显示,本文所提电路拓扑具有良好的恒压特性,高频逆变器在软开关状态下的平均效率可达到98.9%,8字形线圈的漏磁通比常规圆形线圈的漏磁通减小约42%,系统平均传输效率大于90.2%。 Aiming at the problems of rail transit wireless power transfer(WPT)technology such as low efficiency and high radiation,this paper proposed a multi-coil coupling LCL-S circuit topology and its soft switching technology which could effectively improve system efficiency.At the same time,in order to reduce the flux leakage of the coupling mechanism,an optimized coil structure as figure-8 was proposed.Experimental results of a 150 kW dual-coil coupling principle prototype show that the proposed circuit topology has good constant voltage characteristics:the average efficiency of the high-frequency inverter is 98.9%as in the soft switching state,flux leakage of the figure-8 coil is about 42%less than that of the conventional one,and the average transmission efficiency of the system is greater than 90.2%.
