摘要
[目的]建立了快速检测水果中三氯杀螨醇残留的胶体金免疫层析方法。[方法]在对固相载体进行优化的基础上,基于竞争抑制模式建立胶体金免疫层析方法。[结果]该方法对水果中三氯杀螨醇的检出限为1.0 mg/kg,满足国家标准对水果中三氯杀螨醇最大残留限量的要求,且特异性良好。[结论]该方法具有快速、简便、经济实用等特点,适用于水果中三氯杀螨醇残留的现场筛查和检测。
[Aims] This study aims to establish a colloidal gold immunochromatographic method for the rapid detection of dicofol residues in fruits. [Methods] On the basis of the optimization of solid-phase carrier, a colloidal gold immunochromatography method was established based on the competitive inhibition model. [Results] The results showed that the detection limit of dicofol in fruits was 1.0 mg/kg, which met the requirements of the national standard for the maximum residue limit of dicofol in fruits, and the specificity was good. [Conclusions] This method is fast,simple, economic and suitable for the field screening and detection of dicofol residues in fruits.
