摘要
全面贯彻落实国家职业卫生的标准以及法律规范,最大限度地控制以及消除职业病危害已经成为现阶段国内各类企业的重要任务。水泥企业应当明确职业病危害,并且分析危害程度和影响劳动者健康的主要因素,对职业卫生状况和职业病危害应对效果进行评价。该文以株洲市某水泥企业为例,就其职工的职业病危害情况进行分析和评价,并在此基础上提出一些应对措施,以供参考。
Fully implement the national occupational health standards and legal norms,and maximize the control and elimination of occupational disease hazards has become an important task for various domestic enterprises at this stage.Cement companies shall clarify the hazards of occupational diseases,analyze the degree of hazards and the main factors affecting the health of workers,and evaluate the occupational health status and the effects of occupational hazards.This article takes a cement company in Zhuzhou as an example to analyze and evaluate the occupational hazards of its employees,and propose some countermeasures on this basis for reference.
