摘要
目的探讨丙泊酚-瑞芬太尼-七氟醚静吸复合维持麻醉在颅脑肿瘤手术中的应用效果。方法选取医院2018年1月至2019年1月收治的颅脑肿瘤患者80例,按信封法分为对照组和观察组,各40例,比较手术恢复参数和血流动力学指标。结果与对照组比较,观察组术后恢复时间显著更快(P<0.05);两组患者血流动力学指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论颅脑肿瘤手术时采用丙泊酚-瑞芬太尼-七氟醚静吸复合维持麻醉方法,可维持血流动力学稳定,减少不良反应,缩短拔管时间和恢复时间。
Objective To investigate the application effect of propofol remifentanil sevoflurane combined with intravenous anesthesia in Craniocerebral Tumor surgery.Methods Totally 80 patients with brain tumor admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the envelope method,40 cases in each group.Results Compared with those in the control group,the postoperative recovery time in the observation group was significantly faster(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hemodynamic indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Propofol remifentanil sevoflurane anesthesia can maintain hemodynamic stability,reduce adverse reactions,shorten extubation time and recovery time.
