摘要
目的疼痛护理管理模式在创伤骨科病房中的临床应用分析。方法将2018年12月—2019年12月该院创伤骨科病房收治的98例创伤骨科患者列为研究对象,按照病房管理方式的不同将98例患者分为实验组和参照组,病房中给予常规护理管理模式的为参照组,病房中给予疼痛管理模式的为实验组,干预后对患者疼痛评分、管理质量以及心理状况变化情况做出评价。结果疼痛评分:实验组疼痛评分相较参照组明显偏低,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理质量:参照组管理质量明显低于实验组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者心理状况变化情况:干预后,患者心理状况明显得到改善,且实验组心理状况优于参照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在创伤骨科病房中采用疼痛护理管理模式干预,效果显著,既能缓解患者疼痛,提高管理质量,又能降低患者心理焦虑及抑郁。
Objective Clinical application of pain nursing management model in trauma orthopedics ward.Methods 98 cases of orthopedic trauma patients admitted to the trauma orthopedic ward of the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were listed as the research objects,and 98 patients were divided into experimental group and reference group according to different ward management methods.The reference group was given the routine nursing management model,and the experimental group was given the pain management model in the ward.After the intervention,the patients'pain scores,management quality,and changes in psychological status were evaluated.Results Pain score:the pain score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Management quality:the management quality of the reference group was significantly lower than that of the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Changes in the psychological status of the patients:after the intervention,the psychological status of the patients was significantly improved,and the psychological status of the experimental group was better than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of pain nursing management mode in the trauma orthopedics ward has a significant effect.It can not only relieve the pain of patients,improve the quality of management,but also reduce the psychological anxiety and depression of patients.
