摘要
目的研究分析2018—2019年处方点评与不合理处方情况。方法选择该院2018年1月一2019年12月期间421张不合格处方进行研究,观察所有处方不合理情况。结果其中急诊处方44张(10.45%),门诊处方377张(89.55%),占门诊的不合格处方较多,其中创伤骨科41张(9.74%),方便门诊38张(9.03%),妇科30张(7.13%),血液病科26张(6.18%),肾病科23张(5.46%),肿瘤科18张(4.28%)。在所有不合格处方中,其中1-10占比最高为37.53%、2-5占比15.20%,2-1占比12.59%,1-14占比10.93%,2-3占比为8.08%,2-2占比为7.84%,1-11占比为6.65%,1-12占比为1.66%,2-7占比为1.19%,2-9占比为0.95%,2-4占比为0.48%,2-6和2-8占比都为0.24%遥结论2018—2019年处方存在一定现象,需要及时采取对应的措施,积极干预整改,确保患者用药安全有效。
Objective To study and analyse prescription reviews and unreasonable prescription analysis from 2018 to 2019.Methods 421 unqualified prescriptions in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected for research,and all prescriptions were unreasonable.Results There were 44 emergency prescriptions(10.45%),377 outpatient prescriptions(89.55%),which accounted for the majority of unqualified prescriptions in outpatient clinics.Among them,41 were in trauma and orthopedics(9.74%),38 were in convenient outpatient services(9.03%),and 30 were in gynecology(7.13%),26 in the Department of Hematology(6.18%),23 in the Department of Nephrology(5.46%),and 18 in the Department of Oncology(4.28%).Among all unqualified prescriptions,1-10 accounted for 37.53%,2-5 accounted for 15.20%,2-1 accounted for 12.59%,1-14 accounted for 10.93%,and 2-3 accounted for 8.08%,2-2 accounted for 7.84%,1-11 accounted for 6.65%,1-12 accounted for 1.66%,2-7 accounted for 1.19%,2-9 accounted for 0.95%,2-4 accounted for 0.48%,and both 2-6 and 2-8 account for 0.24%.Conclusion There are certain phenomena in prescriptions in 2018-2019.It is necessary to take corresponding measures in time and actively intervene in rectification to ensure that patients'medication is safe and effective.
