摘要
目的研究公立医院员工责任感、自我领导、群体合作规范与职业高原相关性。方法通过调查问卷收集2017年313名公立医院员工责任感、自我领导、群体合作规范与职业高原方面的相关数据,经过整理后,利用SPSS 20.0对数据进行分析,并通过AMOS17.0建立影响关系模型及有效性分析。结果职业高原分别与年龄、学历、工作年限、在该单位的工作年限、责任感、自我领导存在显著关联。责任感、群体合作规范、自我领导对职业高原具有一定的预测作用。结论职业高原与年龄、工作年限、在本单位的工作年限呈正相关,与学历、责任感、自我领导呈负相关曰责任感较好的职工职业高原水平较低曰自我领导较好的职工的职业高原水平较低。
Objective To study the correlation between public hospital employees'sense of responsibility,self-leadership,group cooperation norms and professional plateau.Methods Data related to sense of responsibility,self-leadership,group cooperation norms and career plateau of 313 public hospital employees in 2017 were collected through questionnaires.After sorting out,SPSS 20.0 was used to analyze the data,and AMOS 17.0 was used to establish influence relationship model and effectiveness analysis.Results The career plateau was significantly related to age,education,years of work,years of work in the unit,sense of responsibility,and self-leadership.Responsibility,group cooperation norms,and self-leadership have certain predictive effects on the professional plateau.Conclusion The occupational plateau is positively correlated with age,working years,and working years in the unit,and negatively correlated with academic qualifications,sense of responsibility,and self-leadership.Employees with better sense of responsibility have lower career plateaus;those with better self-leadership have lower career plateaus.
