摘要
随着我国经济迅猛发展,城镇化进程越来越快,加之国家节能环保政策需要,装配式建筑已成为城市建筑构建的重要结构形式,应用优势突显。作为施工单位,在高质量完成装配式结构施工的同时,降本增效、提升企业核心竞争力已成为探索研究的热点话题。以装配式建筑工程造价预算与成本控制作为研究对象,探讨了具体管理要点和控制策略,以供参考。
With the rapid development of my country’s economy,the urbanization process is getting faster and faster. Facing the needs of national energy conservation and environmental protection policies,prefabricated buildings have become an important structural form of urban construction,and their application advantages are prominent. As a construction unit,while completing the construction of assembled structures with high quality,how to reduce costs and increase efficiency and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises has become a hot topic of exploration and research. This article takes the cost budget and cost control of prefabricated construction projects as research objects,and discusses the specific management points and control strategies for reference.
