LncRNA HOTAIR在三阴性乳腺癌中的研究进展

摘要 乳腺癌是女性中与癌症相关死亡的第二大主要原因,三阴性乳腺癌因其复发和转移率高且对内分泌及靶向治疗不敏感,一直是乳腺癌治疗的难题。因此,要想提高诊疗和预后,了解三阴性乳腺癌的特征及现状至关重要。在过去的几年中,HOX转录反义RNA(HOX transcript antisense RNA,HOTAIR)作为肿瘤疾病相关的潜在关键角色,它的出现已经引起了普遍关注,该长链非编码RNA的过表达通过不同的分子机制促进了乳腺癌的进展。本文就HOTAIR与三阴性乳腺癌的相关研究进行综述。 Breast cancer is the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths in women.Triple-negative breast cancer has always been a difficult problem in the treatment of breast cancer due to its high recurrence and metastasis rate and insensitivity to endocrine and targeted therapies.Therefore,in order to improve diagnosis,treatmentand prognosis,it is important to understand the characteristics and current status of triple-negative breast cancer.In the past few years,the emergenceof HOTAIR(HOX transcript antisense RNA)as a potential key role related to tumor diseases has attracted widespread attention.The overexpression of this long non-coding RNA promoted the progression of breast cancer through different molecules mechanism.This article summarized the research on HOTAIR and triple negative breast cancer.
