摘要
针对浮选尾煤处理效果不佳所造成的环境危害以及资源、经济浪费的问题,文章选用霍州某选煤厂浮选尾煤作为载体,以钛酸四丁酯为前驱,采用溶胶-凝胶、水热法将二氧化钛与尾煤成功负载;结合XRD、SEM表征研究,分析了复合光催化材料的降解机理和效果,试验结果表明:目标污染物pH=8、光催化剂用量为2 g/L为最佳光催化试验条件,复合材料对亚甲基蓝去除率达到93.58%;实现了矿物资源对有机污染物亚甲基蓝的高效、经济利用,达到了以废治废的目的。
In order to solve the problems of environmental harm,resources and economic waste caused by the poor treatment effect of flotation tailings,the flotation tailings from a coal preparation plant in Huozhou were selected as the carrier and tetra-butyl titanate was used as the precursor,the degradation mechanism and effect of the composite photocatalytic material were analyzed by means of XRD and SEM characterization,and the composite photocatalytic material was prepared by sol-gel and hydrothermal method,the results showed that the optimum conditions were pH=8 and the amount of photocatalyst was 2 g/L,and the removal rate of Methylene Blue was 93.58%.To realize the efficient and economic utilization of mineral resources to organic pollutants,and to achieve the goal of treating waste with wasteful Methylene Blue.
