摘要
目的探讨腹部超声联合浅表超声诊断小儿肠套叠的临床价值。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月来院检查的小儿肠套叠患儿42例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各21例。对照组患儿采用腹部超声单独检查,研究组患儿采用腹部超声联合浅表超声检查。结果研究组的病症检出率、检测准确率等显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹部超声联合浅表超声诊断能对小儿体内各肠部进行全面检测,准确性较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of abdominal ultrasound combined with superficial ultrasound in the diagnosis of infantile intussusception.Methods Totally 42 children with intussusception admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,21 cases in each group.The control group received abdominal ultrasound alone,while the study group received abdominal ultrasound combined with superficial ultrasound.Results The detection rate and detection accuracy of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal ultrasound combined with superficial ultrasound diagnosis can comprehensively detect the intestines in children with high accuracy.
