摘要
高速动车组走行部滚动轴承作为车辆稳定运行的基础,稳定的监控系统是其中的关键。现有的温度监控系统已无法胜任日趋严格的安全监控与智能检修的需求。阐述了振动温度复合监控系统的工作原理和特点。该系统可对轴承状态进行"全态势"感知,逐步实现轴承由时间修转变为状态修的智能检修目标。
The rolling bearing in the running parts of high-speed EMU is the basis of stable operation of the vehicle,to which stable monitoring system is the key.The existing temperature monitoring system can no longer meet the requirements of the increasingly strict safety monitoring and controlling,and intelligent inspection and maintenance.The working principle and characteristics of vibration temperature composite monitoring system are expounded.The system can conduct"full situation"perception of the bearing state and the intelligent inspection and maintenance demand of the bearing transforming from time repair to state repair is gradually realized.
