摘要
承压类特种设备在专业领域具有特殊技术性及潜在高风险性。承压类特种设备在发生事故时,不仅会带来经济上的损失,还会造成人员伤亡,对社会与环境的发展起到消极作用。当前,承压类特种设备数量的不断增长,但对其进行监管的人力、物力资源却十分有限,因此,对承压类特种设备展开风险防控管理,是具有现实意义的。文章通过计算承压类特种设备的风险演化机理,对承压类特种设备的风险分级评估模型展开研究,阐明政府和企业为主体的博弈关系及流程。
Special pressure equipment has special technology and potential high risk in the professional field.When the pressure-bearing special equipment has an accident,it will not only cause economic losses,but also cause casualties,and play a negative role in the development of society and environment.At present,the continuous growth of special pressure equipment,but the human and material resources to supervise them are very limited.Therefore,the risk management of special pressure equipment is of practical significance.By calculating the risk evolution mechanism of special pressure equipment,this paper studies the risk classification evaluation model of special pressure equipment,and clarifies the game relationship and process of the government and enterprises as the main body.
