摘要
目的研究急性胰腺炎患者行CT诊断的价值。方法样本取自2017年1月-2019年12月该医院就诊的36例急性胰腺炎患者为观察组,另择取同期30名胰腺正常者为对照组,均行CT诊断,两组灌注参数、诊断结果比较。结果两组比较PS指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组BV(15.01±3.28)mL/kg及MTT指标(7.45±0.52)s低于对照组[(24.43±3.82)mL/kg、(8.19±0.86)s],差异有统计学意义(t=10.780、4.307,P<0.05);轻度者、重度者比较PS指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与轻症者比较,重症者BV值、BF值及MTT值更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者确诊率为91.67%,误诊率为5.56%,漏诊率为2.78%;确诊为坏死型胰腺炎有9例,占25.00%;确诊为水肿型胰腺炎有27例,占75.00%。结论CT诊断急性胰腺炎患者能提高疾病确诊率,避免发生误诊、漏诊,为后期治疗提供参考、值得借鉴。
Objective To study the value of CT diagnosis in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods Samples were taken from 36 patients with acute pancreatitis who were treated in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 as the observation group.Another 30 patients with normal pancreas during the same period were selected as the control group.CT diagnosis was performed and the two groups of perfusion parameters were performed,comparison of diagnosis results.Results There was not statistically significant PS index between the two groups(P>0.05);BV(15.01±3.28)mL/kg and MTT index(7.45±0.52)s in the observation group were lower than control group[(24.43±3.82)mL/kg,(8.19±0.86)s],the difference was statistically significant(t=10.780,4.307,P<0.05);comparison of PS indexes between mild and severe patients was not statistically significant(P>0.05);compared with mild cases,severe cases have lower BV,BF and MTT values,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the diagnosis rate of patients was 91.67%,the misdiagnosis rate was 5.56%,and the missed diagnosis rate was 2.78%;the diagnosis was necrotizing pancreatitis of 9 cases,accounting for 25.00%;27 cases were diagnosed with edema pancreatitis,accounting for 75.00%.Conclusion CT diagnosis of patients with acute pancreatitis can improve the diagnosis rate of the disease,avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,and provide a reference for later treatment and it is worth learning.
