摘要
目的分析中西医结合治疗小儿哮喘的效果。方法抽取2017年11月-2019年5月该院儿科收治118例哮喘患儿为研究对象,数字表法随机分为两组,59例对照组给予西医治疗,59例实验组给予中西医结合治疗,观察、比较两组疗效。结果治疗前,两组症候积分、发作次数和肺功能指标比较,差异无统计意义(P>0.05);治疗后,各项指标得以改善,实验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组控制率为96.6%,高于对照组的81.4%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.002,P<0.05)。结论给予哮喘患儿中西医结合治疗效果确切,可改善患儿症状和肺功能,减少发作次数,提高远期疗效,值得应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on children with asthma.Methods From November 2017 to May 2019,118 children with asthma admitted to the pediatrics department of the hospital were selected as the research objects.The number table method was randomly divided into two groups.59 cases were treated with Western medicine in the control group and 59 cases in the experimental group were treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Observed and compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was not statistically significant difference in symptom scores,number of attacks and lung function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,various indexes were improved,the experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the control rate of the experimental group was 96.6%,which was higher than 81.4%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.002,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine for children with asthma has a definite effect,which can improve the symptoms and lung function of children,reduce the number of attacks,and improve the long-term efficacy.It is worthy of application.
