摘要
[目的/意义]本文提出一种适用于国家战略前沿新材料的专利情报的系统研究,基于PEST模型的专利情报分析方法,系统地分析专利技术演化过程,有助于企业进行前沿技术定位和战略方向的把控。同时对目前的科技成果转化有一定的积极意义。[方法/过程]笔者将PEST模型与技术生命周期相结合,构建基于PEST模型的专利情报分析模型,并同时引入专利合作与竞争,动态且多维度地展示了专利技术演化的过程。[结果/结论]基于PEST模型的专利情报分析方法,动态地解读了专利的合作与竞争状态,对石墨烯技术与产业发展具有一定指导意义。
[Purpose/significance]This paper puts forward a systematic research on patent information suitable for new materials in national strategic frontier.Based on the PEST analysis model,the patent information analysis model,and the systematic analysis of the evolution process of patent technology,it is helpful for enterprises to position frontier technology and control strategic direction.At the same time,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements has certain positive significance.[Method/process]The author combines the PEST model with the technology life cycle,constructs the patent information analysis model based on the PEST,and introduces the patent cooperation and competition at the same time to display the evolution process of the patent technology in a dynamic and multidimensional way.[Result/conclusion]The patent information analysis method based on PEST model is used to dynamically interpret the cooperation and competition status of patents,which has certain guiding significance for graphene technology and industrial development.
