摘要
采用广州标旗的405nm激发光源光致发光光谱仪PL-Image对10万颗无色-近无色厘石(质量在0.003ct^0.009ct之间的小颗粒钻石)进行光致发光(PL)测试。通过对PL荧光的不同颜色进行分析讨论,实验结果表明,蓝色荧光钻石绝大部分具有N3色心,无荧光带,强蓝荧光钻石可见中心位于800nm处的荧光带;绿色荧光钻石大部分未测得N3色心,荧光带中心位于530nm处;黄色荧光钻石45.7%测得N3色心,其中约1/3可见882nm处镍相关PL峰,荧光带中心位于550nm处;紫红色荧光钻石全部测得N3色心,荧光带中心位于700nm处,或在580nm处和830nm处出现两个荧光带;橙色荧光钻石中50%测得N3色心,荧光带中心位于570~640nm附近,该中心位置随荧光颜色由橙色向橙红色过渡而逐渐向长波方向漂移;无荧光钻石大部分仅可见427nm钻石本征峰,少数可见N3色心。液氮温度条件(LNT)可以使PL测试结果更精确。蓝色、绿色、黄色、紫红色、橙色荧光钻石未发现有合成钻石,少量无荧光钻石仅测得427nm处钻石本征峰,或同时出现882nm的PL峰,此外未出现其它PL峰,显微红外光谱显示1100~1400cm-1无特征吸收,2800cm-1处明显吸收,为Ⅱb型钻石,具有强蓝磷光,综合分析为合成钻石。
Over 100000 colorless and near-colorless small diamond(weight of 0.003ct-0.009ct)were investigated with Guangzhou Biaoqi photoluminescence spectroscopy PL-Image of 405nm excitation source to record their PL spectra.The results showed that most of the blue fluorescent diamonds had N3 center and no fluorescent band,and the centre of strong blue fluorescenceappeared at 800nm.Most of the green fluorescent diamonds had no N3 center whose emission band centered at 530nm.The yellow fluorescent diamonds had a 550nm band,of which 45.7 percentage had N3 center and nearly 1/3 of the percentage showed the 882nm Ni related PL peak.The purple-red fluorescent diamonds all had N3 center,and the fluorescentband centred at 700nm,or separately at 580nm and 830nm.The fifty percent of orange fluorescent diamonds had N3 center,and the center of broad fluorescence band was at 570 to 640nm and would shifted to the higher wavelengthwhen the fluorescence gradual transited to red.Most of non fluorescent diamonds could only have a 427nm PL peak,of which the minority had N3 center.Liquid nitrogen temperature(LNT)would make the PL spectra more accurate.Synthetic diamond had not been detected among blue,green,yellow,purple-red,orange fluorescent diamonds.A tinyof non fluorescent diamonds showed only a 427nm PL peak,or appeared with a 882nm PL peak simultaneously,and no characteristic absorption in micro-infrared spectra at 1100cm-1-1400cm-1,but a strong absorption at 2800cm-1,and strong blue phosphorescence.According to these evidences,thesenon fluorescent diamonds were classified as typeIIb diamonds and identified to be synthetic ones.
