摘要
为了促进装配式建筑的发展,本文通过将AHP与模糊综合评价引入对装配式建筑发展程度评价中,对城市的装配式建筑发展程度进行评估.从政策因素、经济因素、市场因素和企业因素4个方面构建多层次目标评价指标体系,构建评价模型,计算指标权重,再进行模糊综合评价对装配式建筑发展程度进行定量评估.结果表明:基于该方法得到的评估结果与城市装配式建筑发展程度实际情况一致.可见,AHP与模糊综合评价在装配式建筑发展程度评价中的科学性与可行性,为装配式建筑行业的发展提供一定的指导作用.
In order to promote the development of the prefabricated building,this paper introduces the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation into the evaluation of the development degree of prefabricated buildings,and evaluates the development degree of prefabricated buildings in cities.Construct a multi-level target evaluation index system from four aspects:policy factors,economic factors,market factors,and enterprise factors,construct an evaluation model,calculate the index weights,and perform a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to quantitatively evaluate the development degree of prefabricated buildings.The results show that the evaluation results obtained based on this method are consistent with the actual situation of the development degree of urban fabricated buildings.It can be seen that AHP-fuzzy in the evaluation of the feasibility of prefabricated building development,prefabricated building industry development to provide some guidance.
