湿法脱硫排烟温度和蒸发水量的快速推算

摘要 在湿法脱硫过程中,对于最终排烟温度和蒸发水量的计算,通常先假定排烟温度,以热平衡方法计算,再以水的饱和蒸汽分压校验。计算过程需假定温度数次,才能得到近似的排烟温度和蒸发水量,且计算过程繁琐、准确性低。现结合两种计算方式,并采用直线内插法计算,从而可快速准确地得到最终排烟温度和蒸发水量。 In the process of wet flue gas desulfurization,for the calculation of the final flue gas temperature and evaporation amount,it is usually assumed that the flue gas temperature is first calculated by the heat balance method,and then checked by the saturated steam partial pressure of water.In order to get the approximate exhaust gas temperature and evaporation amount,the temperature should be assumed several times.The calculation process is complicated and the accuracy is low.This paper combines two calculation methods,and uses linear interpolation method to calculate,so as to quickly and accurately get the final exhaust gas temperature and evaporation water.
