施氮量和播种量对燕麦光合特性、激素含量及种子产量的影响 被引量:14

Effects of Nitrogen Application Rate and Sowing Rate on Photosynthetic Characteristics,Phytohormone Content and Grain Yield of Oat

摘要 为探究不同施氮量和播种量对燕麦(Avena sativa L.)光合特性、激素含量及种子产量的影响,本研究以‘青燕1号’燕麦为材料,采用随机区组设计,设置60,180和300 kg·hm^-2共3个播种量,每个播种量设0,45,90,135和180 kg·hm^-2共5个施氮量,研究施氮量和播种量对燕麦旗叶光合特性、衰老相关激素含量和种子产量的影响。结果表明,施氮量、播种量及其交互作用对燕麦旗叶光合特性、衰老相关激素含量和种子产量有显著影响(P<0.001)。种子产量随施氮量和播种量的增加先增加后降低,90 kg·hm^-2施氮量、180 kg·hm^-2播种量时种子产量最高(P<0.05),达3654 kg·hm^-2。旗叶的光合效率随施氮量和播种量的增加呈先升高后降低的趋势,燕麦种子产量与旗叶光合特性极显著相关(P<0.01)。综上所述,90 kg·hm^-2施氮量和180 kg·hm^-2播种量是湟中及周边地区种植燕麦的适宜栽培措施。 To explore the effects of different nitrogen application rates and sowing rates on the photosynthetic characteristics,phytohormone content and grain yield of oat,‘Qingyan No.1’was selected as material in this study.A random block design was conducted with three different sowing rates:60(D1),180(D2),and 300 kg·hm^-2(D3).For each sowing rate,five different nitrogen application rates,0(N0),45(N1),90(N2),135(N3)and 180 kg·hm^-2(N4)were designated.The effects of nitrogen application rate and sowing rate on oat flag leaf photosynthetic characteristics,senescence-related phytohormone content and grain yield were studied.The results showed that nitrogen application rate,sowing rate and their interaction had significant(P<0.001)impacts on oat flag leaf photosynthetic characteristics,senescence-related phytohormone content and grain yield.Seed yield first increased and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate and sowing rate,the maximum(P<0.05)yield(3654 kg·hm^-2)was found when the nitrogen application rate was 90 kg·hm^-2 and the sowing rate was 180 kg·hm^-2.The flag leaf photosynthetic efficiency increased and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate and sowing rate.The seed yield of oat was significantly(P<0.01)correlated with the flag leaf photosynthetic characteristics.In summary,the combination of nitrogen fertilization of 90 kg·hm^-2 and sowing rate of 180 kg·hm^-2 is suitable for oat planting in Huangzhong and surrounding districts.
