摘要
文章结合樊口公园大桥工程,分析了深淤泥不良地质下钻孔灌注桩施工时存在的问题:淤泥软土强度低;灵敏度、含水量高;采取钢护筒法成孔时,钻进过程难以控制可能出现塌孔、缩颈问题。针对这些问题,文章提出了加快施工进度和质量的控制措施:施工前对施工平台进行加固;施工时严格控制钢护筒垂直度。文章对浇注混凝土时需要注意的事项进行了总结,工程实践证明这些措施取得了较好的效果。
Combined with the Fankou Park Bridge project,the problems in the construction of bored piles under deep silt and poor geology are analyzed:the soft soil of silt has low strength,sensitivity and high water content.When the steel casing method is used to form the hole,the drilling process is difficult to control.There may be problems with collapsed holes and necking.In response to these problems,control measures to improve construction progress and quality are proposed:the construction platform is reinforced before construction,the verticality of the steel casing is strictly controlled during construction,and finally,the matters need to be paid attention to when pouring concrete are summarized.Engineering practice has proved that these measures have achieved good results.
