摘要
众筹作为互联网金融的一种主要业态,它的快速发展使其面临着众多风险因素。文章从宏观层面对我国众筹行业发展进行阶段划分,阐述了众筹的运作流程及模式,探讨了众筹所面临的8类风险因素并对其传导路径进行了构建。文章基于以上研究,提出了众筹行业风险防控策略,有利于众筹健康有序发展。
As a major form of Internet finance,crowd funding faces many risks with its rapid development.In this paper,we divide the China’s crowd funding industry into several stages from the macro level and expound the operation process and mode of crowd funding.Then we discuss eight kinds of risk factors faced by crowd funding and construct its transmission path.Based on the above research,we propose risk prevention and control strategies which are conducive to the healthy and orderly development of crowd funding.
