摘要
目的分析小切口抽脂联合连续埋线重睑成形术在不对称重睑整形中的作用。方法选取自2018年1月至2019年12月于本院接收治疗的不对称重睑患者189例,按照随机数字法分为观察组(小切口抽脂联合连续埋线重睑成形术)和对照组(重睑成形术),对比分析两组患者分别治疗后对眼睑美观满意度、手术相关指标以及术后并发症发生率。结果观察组患者治疗后对眼睑美观满意度明显高于对照组患者的满意程度,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.01);观察组患者手术时间以及切口愈合时间明显短于对照组患者,术中出血量明显少于对照组患者,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.01);观察组患者术后眼睑肿胀、结膜炎以及睑缘炎发生率明显低于对照组患者,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.01)。结论在不对称重睑患者的临床治疗中,对患者采用小切口抽脂联合连续埋线重睑成形术治疗更有利于改善患者眼部美观,提高患者对眼睑手术后的美观满意度,同时手术对患者造成的眼睑损伤更低,更有利于患者术后康复,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of incision liposuction combined with continuous thread embedding double eyelid plasty in asymmetric double eyelid plastic surgery.Methods A total of 189 cases of patients with asymmetric double eyelid and who received treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into observation group(incision liposuction combined with continuous thread embedding double eyelid plasty)and control group(continuous thread embedding double eyelid plasty)according to the random number method.Then,the satisfaction of eyelid appearance,operation related indexes and postoperative complications of two groups of patients were compared and analyzed..Results:The satisfaction of eyelid appearance after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);The operation time and incision healing time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);The incidence of eyelid swelling,conjunctivitis and blepharitis after operation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with asymmetric double eyelid,the incision liposuction combined with continuous catgut embedding double eyelid plasty is more conducive to improve the appearance of patients’eyes,improve the patients’satisfaction with the appearance of eyelids after eyelid surgery,and the operation on patients with eyelid damage is lower,it is more conducive to the recovery of patients after surgery,thus it is worth applying widely in the clinical.
