混合田口法和有限元法的竹根挖掘机支架结构优化设计 被引量:3

摘要 竹根挖掘机可以去除土壤中残余竹根,提高土地资源的利用率。支架结构是竹根挖掘机工作机构的主要支撑和工作部件,其结构强度对于竹根挖掘工作的保证至关重要。混合田口法和有限元法对支架结构进行多目标结构优化设计,在保证结构刚度的同时,进一步优化结构的材料分布。优化设计结果表明,优化后的支架最大偏移量比原方案减少了3.22%,同时质量减少了0.33%,优化了支架结构的同时有效提高了支架的性能,最后还制作了支架的物理样机。该研究为竹根挖掘机等农业机械的优化设计提供了参考。 Bamboo root excavator can remove residual bamboo root in soil and improve the utilization rate of land resources.The supporting structure is the main support and working part of the work mechanism of bamboo root excavator,and its structural strength is very important to the guarantee of bamboo root excavation.In this paper,the multi-objective structure optimization design of the scaffold structure is carried out by hybriding the taguchi method and the finite element method.And the material distribution of the structure is further optimized while the structural rigidity is guaranteed.Optimization design results show that the maximum displacementof the optimized supporting structure is decreased by 3.22%compared to the original plan,at the same time the quality is decreased by 0.33%.The structure of the supporting structure was optimized while the performance of the bracket was effectively improved,and finally made a physical prototype.The research of this paper provides some references for optimization design of agricultural machinery such as bamboo root excavator.
