摘要
目的:观察健肝乐颗粒对大鼠CCl 4损伤肝脏的肝纤维化模型的保护作用,探究相关作用机制。方法:SPF级SD大鼠50只,随机分成正常组,模型组,健肝乐高、中、低剂量组,每组10只,正常组给予相应剂量花生油,其余4组按每100 g体质量皮下注射0.2 ml 50%CCl 4,建立肝纤维化模型,观察大鼠各项生化和生理指标,评价健肝乐颗粒对肝纤维化的药理作用。结果:健肝乐颗粒中、低剂量组可显著性降低CCl 4所致肝纤维化大鼠血清中的ALT、AST、IL-1β、HYP,同时增强SOD、GSH-PX的活性,对血清和肝组织中MDA、TNF-α、HA、LN有一定的逆转作用。结论:健肝乐颗粒可以改善肝纤维化的病理指标,并修复肝细胞。
Objective:To explore the effect of Jianganle Granule on the improvement of biochemical indexes and the related mechanism of liver fibrosis induced by CCl 4.Methods:Seventy SD rats were randomly separated into 7 groups by computer.Six groups were given 0.2 ml 50%CCl 4 per 100 g weight to establish liver fibrosis model,and one group was given peanut oil injection as control group for comparative analysis.The biochemical and physiological indexes of mice were observed to evaluate the pharmacological effect of Jianganle Granule on liver fibrosis and the therapeutic advantage of Jianganle granule compared with other competitive drugs.Results:Compared with the similar competitive products,Jianganle Granule in the Medium and low dosis groups could significantly reduce the alt,AST,IL-1β,HYP in the serum of rats with hepatic fibrosis induced by CCl 4,and heighten the activities of SOD and GSH-PX,and reverse TNF-α,HA,LN and MDA in serum and hepatic tissue.Conclusion:Jianganle Granule can improve the pathological indexes of liver fibrosis and repair hepatocytes.
