摘要
针对大型水电站工程建设期管理复杂、施工信息繁多、数据管理困难等特点,基于BIM、大数据、物联网和云计算等前沿技术,提出了"1+1+N"的大型水电站工程数字化建设管理模式。结合DG水电站工程的实际特点,应用"1+1+N"的管理模式进行了数字化建设管理。应用结果表明:该模式的应用极大地简化了DG水电站建设期的工程数据管理难度,解决了传统管理模式下的"数据孤岛"问题,有效地提高了工程管理的效率和水平,实现了工程建设的精细化管理,为大型水电工程建设管理创新和提升提供了良好的借鉴。
The construction management of large-scale hydropower project is complex.There are lots of construction data in the construction period and these data is difficult to manage.Therefore,a "1+1+N" digital construction management mode was proposed,which was based on BIM,Big Data,Internet of Things,Cloud Computing and other advanced technologies.Combined with the actual characteristics of DG hydropower project,the "1+1+N" mode was applied for its construction management.The application results showed that this mode greatly simplified the data management difficulty during the construction period,which solved the "data island" problem.Besides,this mode effectively improved the construction management efficiency and level.The "1+1+N" mode realized the fine construction management.It also provided a good reference for the innovation and improvement of large-scale hydropower project construction management.
