摘要
无居民海岛是我国领土的重要组成部分,近年来,其海洋资源价值日益受到关注,国内掀起了建设高潮。但随着海岸带工业的发展以及各种海上活动的加剧,不可避免地产生了海漂垃圾。海漂垃圾造成的海洋生态环境污染、海岛岸线景观破坏等一系列问题,严重影响了无居民海岛的生态保护与整治修复。从近岸海漂垃圾自驱动收集技术关键点、现场实际应用效果、效益分析等方面介绍了一种适用于近岸海域、以自驱动式为主的无能耗海漂垃圾拦截收集技术,该技术在福建省平潭大屿海岛海漂垃圾整治中得到了成功运用。相关经验可为类似海漂垃圾整治提供借鉴。
Non-resident islands are important parts of our country’s territory.In recent years,the value of its marine resources has attracted increasing attention,and the country has set off a construction boom.However,with the development of coastal zone industry and the increase of various marine activities,offshore floating garbages are inevitably emerged.Floating garbage will cause a series of problems such as marine ecological environmental pollution and island coastline landscape destruction,which will seriously affect the ecological protection,renovation and restoration of non-resident islands.This paper introduced the successful experience of a self-driven non energy consumption interception and collection technology for offshore floating garbage in Pingtan Dayu Island,Fujian Province,from aspects of key technical points,practical application effects and benenfit analysis.Relevant experiences and reflections can be used for reference in similar projects.
