聚吡咯改性葡萄藤炭的制备及对水中氟的吸附效果 被引量:3

摘要 以葡萄藤为原料,在500℃条件下制备生物炭,用负载聚吡咯(PPy)的方法改性生物炭。利用吸附试验研究投加量、吸附时间、初始浓度、初始pH值和共存离子对改性生物炭(PPy/GBC)除氟能力的影响。结果表明,PPy/GBC在pH值4.0~9.0溶液中对氟离子都具有较好的吸附效果;在初始浓度为10 mg/L,吸附时间为3 h,投加量为10 g/L时氟的去除率可达90%以上。溶液中常见的氯离子和硫酸根对吸附剂的吸附没有显著影响。PPy/GBC对氟离子的吸附过程符合伪二级动力学模型。 Biochar was prepared from grapevine at 500℃,and the biochar(PPy/GBC)was modified by load polypyrrole(PPy).The effects of additive amount,adsorption time,initial concentration,initial pH value and co-existing ions on the fluoride removal capacity of PPy/GBC were studied through adsorption experiments.The results showed that THE PPy/GBC had a wide application range for pH of the solution,and a good adsorption effect between 4.0 and 9.0 solutions.When the initial concentration was 10 mg/L,the adsorption time was 3 h,and the dosage was 10 g/L,the removal rate of fluorine could reach more than 90%.The common chlorine ions and sulfuric acid in the solution had no significant effect on the adsorption of the adsorbent.The adsorption process of THE PPy/GBC for fluoride ion conformed to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.
