某型海警舰艇电站自动化控制设计 被引量:1

摘要 为了提升某型海警舰艇在不同工况下电力负荷可靠有效分配的能力,依据舰艇电站系统结构,基于可编程逻辑控制器(programmable logic controlle,PLC)技术设计该型舰艇电站自动化控制系统。结合TPC人机界面完成舰艇电站自动化监控系统总体结构分析,给出控制系统I/O配置方案,设计包含电网参数采集和系统电源、系统运行操作和系统控制输出及系统状态指示、系统模拟量数据采集、系统控制输出等部分的电气原理图。此外,给出电站自动化监测控制系统程序流程图,采用程序结构模块化的设计思路编写了电网及柴油机数据监测、电网报警、电站合闸及并列检测等程序,完善了该型舰艇电站自动化的硬件及软件设计,为进一步开展工程应用奠定了基础。 In order to improve the ability of a marine police ship to reliably and effectively distribute power loads under different working conditions,the automatic control system of the ship power station was designed based on programmable logic controller(PLC)technology.Combined with the TPC human-machine interface,the overall structure analysis of the ship’s power plant automation monitoring system was completed,and the control system I/O configuration scheme was given.And then the collection of grid parameter and system power,system operation and system control output,and system status indication,electrical schematic diagram of analog data acquisition,system control output were also included.In addition,the program flow chart of the power station automation monitoring and control system was given.The power grid and diesel engine data monitoring,power grid alarm,power plant closing and parallel detection and other programs were written by adopting the modulus design idea of the program structure,which improves the automation of this type of ship power station.Results show that the hardware and software design has laid a foundation for further engineering applications.
