摘要
通过综述国内外居民网络健康信息搜索行为的相关研究,归纳总结出网络健康搜索行为的理论模型、行为现状,并从人口学特征、健康信息素养、健康状况、认知能力和医疗环境5方面分析其影响因素。目前国内对网络健康信息搜索行为的研究逐渐增多,但需要加强我国文化背景下相关理论的构建,并关注该行为对个体影响方面的实证研究,最终达到改善居民网络查询健康信息体验的目的。
The theoretical model and status quo of online health information seeking behaviors were summarized and their influencing factors were analyzed in aspects of demographic characteristics,health information literacy,health conditions,cognitive competence and medical environment by reviewing the domestic and foreign literature on studies in relation with online health information seeking behaviors.Although the domestic studies on online health information seeking behaviors at present are gradually growing,the establishment of related theories under the domestic cultural background needs to be strengthened and empirical studies on the effect of online health information seeking behaviors on individuals should be concerned in order to improve the experience of residents in health information seeking.
