摘要
生物大数据作为重要的科技资源受到了全球的广泛重视,美国在生物大数据战略部署上走在全球前列。本文系统梳理了美国生物大数据相关战略举措,总结了其在数据汇交共享、数据安全隐私保护等方面的特点。同时也分析了中国生物大数据管理现状,提出应加快生物大数据基础设施和数据中心体系建设,完善生物大数据管理法规和标准体系等中国发展生物大数据的建议。
Biological big data,as the important national strategic resources,have aroused the worldwide attention.The USA has taken the lead in strategic planning of biological big data.The strategic measures taken by USA for biological big data were systematically stratified and the characteristics of data collection,submission,sharing,security and privacy protection in USA were summarized.And some suggestions were proposed for the development of biological data in our country in view of their management and problems by drawing on the experiences in the management of biological big data in USA,namely speeding up the infrastructure and central system construction of biological big data,promoting the legal and standardized system construction for the management of biological big data.
