摘要
真空相变加热炉吸热体表面及其内部的导热液所获得的能量,是通过燃料燃烧时产生的热量以传导热的方式传递的;而随着使用年限的增加,其吸热体表面的氧化膜层也逐年加重,降低了吸热体表面的吸热能力。笔者通过采用"定向吸热膜材及其诞敷方法",在真空相变加热炉吸热体表面诞敷定向吸热膜材,使得燃料燃烧时的传热方式变为电磁波辐射传热,提高了真空相变加热炉的热效率,延长了加热炉的使用寿命,降低了维修成本,实现了节能降耗,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
The energy obtained by the heat conduction liquid on the surface and inside of the vacuum phase change heating furnace is transmitted by the heat generated during fuel combustion in the way of conduction heat.With the increase of service life,the oxide film on the surface of the heat-absorbing body becomes heavier year by year,which reduces the heat-absorbing capacity of the surface of the heat-absorbing body.The author through the adoption of"directed endothermic membrane materials and their Christmas apply method",in a vacuum phase change Christmas apply directional absorption of heat furnace heat absorption body surface membrane material,make the fuel combustion into electromagnetic radiation heat transfer of heat transfer,improves the thermal efficiency of a vacuum phase change heating furnace,prolong the service life of the furnace,reduce the maintenance cost,the saving energy and reducing consumption,achieved good economic and social benefits.
