摘要
目前,我国城市建筑消防安全基础薄弱、消防信息化支撑能力滞后于职能任务,使我国面临着经济发展协同城市安全、应急管理等多重压力。因此,全面推进消防信息化建设、促进城市安全发展,是在发展经济的同时降低灾害事故、改善民生的重要手段。消防信息化作为应急管理信息化的重要组成部分,有助于城市安全创新管理,对建强新时代国家应急救援体系意义重大。文章通过对消防信息化建设的背景及意义、“智慧消防”五大系统和五大重点项目的研究,得出消防信息化系统建设是城市运行安全重要技术保障的结论,对地方城市消防安全信息化发展具有指导意义。
At present, China’s urban building fire safety foundation is weak, fire information support capacity lags behind the functional tasks, so that China is faced with multiple pressures such as economic development synergistic urban safety, emergency management and so on. Therefore, it is an important means to reduce disasters and accidents and improve people’s livelihood while developing the economy to comprehensively promote the construction of fire protection information and promote the safe development of cities. As an important part of emergency management informationization,firefigthing information contributes to the innovation management of the urban security,and it is of great significance to build and strengthen the national emergency rescue system in the new era.Through the research on the background and significance of firefighting information construction, the five systems of "Smart Fire" and the research of five key projects, the paper draws the conclusion that the construction of firefighting information system is an important technical guarantee for urban operation safety, which has a guiding significance for the development of fire safety information in local cities.
