摘要 目前由人工采用组兑标号模板对热轧钢卷进行喷号标识工作,存在劳动强度大、出错率高、效率低以及危害风险高等问题。在满足工艺需求的前提下,采用工业机器人技术集成开发出自动喷号系统代替人工进行自动喷号工作,机器人自动喷号系统包括机械手系统、PLC电气控制系统、喷头系统、泵柜系统、监控系统。现场应用表明,该系统设计合理,自动喷号稳定可靠,文字清晰,从而降低了工人劳动强度、提高了喷号效率,降低了出错率及工人的危害风险。该机器人自动喷号系统可广泛应用于板材、型材等喷号标识工序上。 At present,there are some problems,such as high labor intensity,high error rate,low efficiency and high risk of harm,which are used to mark the coil of hot rolled mill manually.On the premise of meeting the process requirements,the industrial robot technology is integrated to develop an automatic number spraying system instead of manual work.The automatic number spraying system of the robot includes manipulator system,PLC electrical control system,sprinkler system,pump cabinet system and monitoring system.The field application shows that the system design is reasonable,the automatic sign spraying is stable and reliable,and the writing is clear,so as to reduce the labor intensity,improve the sign spraying efficiency,zero error rate and reduce the hazard risk of workers.The robot automatic marking system can be widely used in the marking process of plate and profile.
