港西油田气脉冲清洗技术应用实践 被引量:3

摘要 由于注水管道输送介质矿化度高,管道内壁钙镁离子结垢、注水压损大、回注水二次污染严重,注水管道腐蚀加剧,制约了注水稳定性,为此开展了注水管网清洗除垢技术研究。通过化学和物理两种清垢方式对比,确定使用气脉冲清洗技术对注水管网进行清洗,并制定出合理的施工方案。该技术在清洗过程中不添加化学药剂,清洗介质为水和压缩气,不会发生管道卡堵,且不存在化学污染和安全风险,对注水管道不会造成伤害,除垢率可达85%以上。该技术在港西油田注水管网进行应用并获得成功,管线清洗后,注水系统单耗由5.38 kWh/m^3降至5.1 kWh/m^3,系统效率提高了2.5%;干线所带水井井口水质含油浓度由清洗前的86 mg/L降到清洗后28 mg/L,回注水二次污染问题得到改善,提高了三级水质达标率。 Because of the high salinity of the transmission medium of the water injection pipeline,the scaling of calcium and magnesium ions on the inner wall of the pipeline,the large pressure loss of the water injection,the serious secondary pollution of the re-injection water,the aggravation of the corrosion of the water injection pipeline,and the stability of water injection is restricted.Therefore,gas pulse washing technology is used to wash the water injection pipeline network,and the research on the cleaning and descaling technology of water injection pipeline network is carried out.Through the comparison of chemical and physical cleaning methods,the gas pulse washing technology is determined,and a reasonable construction scheme is formulated.There is no chemical agent added in the process of gas pulse washing,and the cleaning medium is water and compressed gas,which will not block the pipeline,and there are no chemical pollution and safety risks,which will not cause damage to the water injection pipeline,and the scale removal rate can reach more than 85%.The technology has been successfully applied in the water injection pipeline network of Gangxi Oilfield.After pipeline cleaning,the unit consumption of the water injection system has been reduced from 5.38 kWh/m3 to 5.1 kWh/m3,and the system efficiency has been increased by 2.5%.The wellhead water quality of the water well in the trunk line has been reduced from 86 mg/L of oil before cleaning to 28 mg/L after cleaning,the secondary pollution of the re-injection water has been improved,and the third level water quality standard rate has been enhanced.
