摘要 小河口金矿矿石含硫较高,且金主要为黄铁矿包裹金。针对该矿石性质,在探索全泥氰化、浮选—浮选精矿氰化、单一浮选及混合浮选—再磨—抑硫浮金等提金工艺基础上,选择混合浮选—再磨—抑硫浮金作为适宜提金工艺,并进行了条件试验研究。结果表明:在再磨细度-0.047 mm占80%及最佳药剂条件下,采用混合浮选—再磨—抑硫浮金工艺,可获得产率5.40%、金品位46.23 g/t、金回收率79.00%的金精矿。 The ore in Xiaohekou Gold Mine has relatively high sulfur content,and the gold mainly exists in the form of pyrite inclusion gold.In light of the ore property,on the basis of exploring all-sliming cyanidation,flotation-flotation concentrate cyanidation,single flotation and bulk flotation-regrinding-sulfur inhibition and gold flotation processes for gold extraction,the bulk flotation-regrinding-sulfur inhibition and gold flotation process is selected as the suitable gold extraction process,on which condition tests are carried out.The results show that with regrinding fineness of-0.047 mm accounting for 80%and the optimal reagent regime,the bulk flotation-regrinding-sulfur inhibition and gold flotation process can achieve the gold concentrate with productivity 5.40%,gold grade 46.23 g/t and gold recovery rate 79.00%.
