Objective To discuss the influence of early rehabilitation nursing on patients with cerebral hemorrhage after operation. Methods A total of 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were divided into control group and observation group according to different intervention measures, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing. The activities of daily living(ADL)score, health knowledge awareness and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the ADL score of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and ADL score(76.7±11.4)points of the observation group was higher than(65.8±10.1)points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the health knowledge awareness and treatment compliance of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the the health knowledge awareness 96.7%and treatment compliance 96.7%of the observation group were higher than 80.0%and 83.3%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can improve the activities of daily living, health knowledge awareness, and treatment compliance of patients with cerebral hemorrhage, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
