摘要
目的探究正畸联合口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙患者的效果及对咀嚼功能、满意度的影响。方法100例先天性缺牙患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为参照组和试验组,各50例。参照组行口腔修复治疗,试验组予以正畸联合口腔修复治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、咀嚼功能恢复情况及满意度。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率为96%,高于参照组的82%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的咀嚼功能恢复率为90%,高于参照组的70%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的满意度为96%,高于参照组的80%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将正畸与口腔修复联合应用于先天性缺牙患者的治疗中效果明显,患者的咀嚼功能得到有效恢复,满意度显著提升。
Objective To investigate the effect of orthodontics combined with oral prosthesis in the treatment of patients with congenital missing tooth and its influence on masticatory function and patient satisfaction.Methods A total of 100 patients with congenital missing tooth as study subjects were divided into control group and experimental group according to random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received orthodontics,and the experimental group received orthodontics combined with oral prosthesis.The clinical effect,recovery of masticatory function and patients satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was 96%,which was higher than 82%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery rate of masticatory function of the experimental group was 90%,which was higher than 70%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients satisfaction of the experimental group was 96%,which was higher than 80%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthodontics combined with oral prosthesis has obvious effect in the treatment of congenital missing tooth,which can effectively restore the masticatory function of patients,and significantly improve patients satisfaction.
