摘要
根据"中国制造2025"的宏大计划和当前职业院校教学情况及社会需求情况进行的教学改革,以培养高职院校学生的自主学习能力、团队协作能力和工程实践与创新能力为目的。对先进的CDIO工程教学模式进行分析,找出数控实训在专业人才培养中存在的问题和不足,提出相应的教改模式并实施,为创新型和应用型工程人才的培养发挥积极的作用。
According to the grand plan of"made in China 2025"and the current teaching situation of Vocational Colleges and social needs,the teaching reform is carried out to cultivate students’autonomous learning ability,team cooperation ability and engineering practice and innovation ability.This paper analyzes the advanced CDIO Engineering teaching mode,finds out the problems and deficiencies of numerical control training in professional personnel training,puts forward the corresponding teaching reform mode and implements it,so as to play a positive role in the cultivation of innovative and applied engineering talents.
